The internet and world wide web offers a great range of information to its users in regards to all subjects. This information, despite being widely available, does not mean it is totally correct.
Incorrect information can misguide a person and leave him to believe something which is totally incorrect. At times, those who introduce such information are negligent of what they have said and do not intend to misguide anyone. Unfortunately, many a times it is the actual intention of the person to provide information that will misguide people and lead them astray.
When religion is concerned, there should be no scope for misguidance and every effort should be made to ascertain that the knowledge and information we are gaining from a site is valid and authentic.
Insha Allah, I will make an effort to introduce a list of websites and blogs here that I believe contain authentic information and are ‘safe’ to read.
